So being a bit older, never really ran at all, I decided (pressured) that I might actually join my friends and go for a run. That was a bit under 12 months back. I went ok for about 2 months, started enjoying it and then had an injury, (stress fracture) didn’t even know there was such a thing! After at least another 6 months, I’m still having issues around it and with a personal goal in mind, decided to ask Brian for his assistance. I feel, after only a few weeks I am stronger, faster and he also listens to all my whinges/moans and then changes things to suit. He has given me great guidance, drive, assistance and I can’t wait to smash my goals!
